Symptoms
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
For some trunk groups, the Trunk Group Information window is not displaying Point Codes with formatting dashes.
The Point Codes are not displayed properly, missing dashes in the TCIC tab of the Trunk Group Information window.
Window at fault: trunk_group_response_maint
BUSINESS IMPACT:
Internal Audit detected inconsistencies in MSS trunk group information display.
WORKAROUND:
In some cases, the Point Codes could be fixed by issuing a Change Order..
