Trouble on Discrepancy Action, no matter the Discrepancy Processor implemented, event just an empty invoke(). When NI executes the discrepancy action, the system raises the following exception:
Exception Description: A signal was attempted before wait() on ConcurrencyManager. most unexpected is that Exception were happened
by the MDB code(auto generated), than no any action with it's processor can be run anymore(all system are hang up), all the WebLogic have to be restart, and the Discrepancy Action will
finished the scan run but leave with some error on the scan run status area in GUI.
And when we add Thread.sleep(xxx) in invoke(), sudenly all Discrepancy Action run correctly without error.
