Symptoms

Execute getLocationRequest XML API and receive the following error:

Exception in makeGetLocationResponseFromLocationData_NoCAUsageInstanceData
com.bea.transform.TransformException: Unexpected error in transformation - please look at the log for details.
Caused by: com.bea.transform.TransformException: Error converting XQuery parameter to Java parameter "convertStringToNetworkLocationTypeEnum" in external function "mssValue"
