Symptoms

On CCB 2.3.1 version, when batch billing open cycle is over 100, found below error report during batch billing run:

Informational - CIPBBILB - Batch thread 1 of 1 started at "time"
Server - CIPBBILB - Maximum number of open bill cycles was reached.
Informational - CIPBBILB - Batch thread 1 ended abnormally at "time"
