Slow Performance with Java Client Logon and Managed Application Server Startup After Changing LDAP Configuration (Doc ID 1436334.1)

Symptoms

Seeing multiple performance problem such as below:
- Accessing to attachments file from client. Takes about 1 hour or client times out
- Accessing to File Manager Configuration page is very slow
- Managed Server start up is very slow
- Performance to log on to Java Client is slow
- Accessing to WebLogic admin console is slow

What is working:
File Manager Configuration page shows success for all the connection
Web Client log on performance is fine
Error/exception that is related to performance issue not found in stdout.log/stdout.err of application servers

Facts:
Application server: Oracle WebLogic
Application server clustered
LDAP configured

Changes

There are two LDAP directories, but all users moved from one LDAP directory (LDAP A) to the other one (LDAP B), and removed the LDAP A from Java Client LDAP configuration.
