Transfer Pricing rule with many defined products and currencies are not getting correct Transfer Rate. The FTP rule includes conditional assumptions for organization unit with different Interest Rates Curves (IRCs). Some organizatioin units in the conditional assumption are not getting assigned the correct Transfer Rate from the correct IRC.

For example, a conditional assumption is defined as follows:

If ORG = Local Branch (node), use IRC1.
If ORG = Cyprus (node), use IRC2.
If ORG = London (leaf), use IRC3.
If ORG = Bahrain (leaf), use IRC4.
If ORG = Irak (leaf), us IRC5.

The Transfer Rates assigned to the Cyprus Org are coming from IRC1 from Local Branch and not IRC2. The assignment is wrong.
