Ifw Dequeue Performance is Slow

After upgrade to BRM 7.4, the IFW dequeue was not keeping up with the events being added to the queue.
At 7PM, started with a backlog of 600k events in the queue. This had remained stable during the business day at this level.
Overnight, the following was executed:
1. Bulk Provisioning for Prepaid (approx 1500/hr)
2. Bulk disconnects for prepaid (200/hr)
3. Open billing
4. Close billing
By 8AM, the queue was at 2.1 million events and still its not clear. The only way to go forward on this is to do a Pipeline restart each day.
