Convergence 2 - Date In Vacation Settings Must Be Correct Even If Auto-Reply Is Turned Off (Doc ID 1436975.1)

Symptoms

With Convergence 2 in the options pane for Mail -> Vacation messages.

Start situation:
Vacation Message: Auto-reply enabled
Start Date: before current date
End Date: for example next week

In the options menu when switching off the auto-reply, by deselecting "Enable auto-reply" and saving the changes a pop-up appears with a message that the "Start date is before today"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Configure Vacation messages as follows:
Vacation Message: Auto-reply enabled
Start Date: current date
End Date: for example next week

2. Save preferences

3. Change the Start Date to a date before today.

4. Deselect 'Enable auto-reply"

5. Save changes.

6. Error message appears.

This is a regression from Convergence 1.
