Pipeline Rating Issue With Data Products (Doc ID 1436994.1)

Goal

We have a scenario where granting 5GB of free data service and above that it is charged 10.24 per GB. Have granted monthly non currency resource 100009 =5368709120 bytes and consuming it by defining a discount model. Have defined a rate plan in pipeline by defining a PM to charge 10.24 per GB. While rating this product the error that we are getting is :

05.10.2011 02:29:38 The EDR with number '00000001' (starting at byteposition: 86) contains the errors :

heck for available resource in the configuration.
05.10.2011 02:29:38 The EDR is rejected.
05.10.2011 02:29:38 End of the processing of stream 'test_figb.edr'.
Same scenario when tried with lower value like 5 KB free and then charged worked fine.

What configuration change is required in order to not make the EDR rejected ?
