Symptoms

The error 'Event Code PRMDB 1699-7' occurs when an editing the budgeted cost and/or units.

'PRMDB 1699-7' (the "More" information window shows the message "PRM DBAccess Error: Database Server Error: ORA-01438: value larger than specified precision allowed for this column.")

Error came up when Cost Value exceeding 99,999,999,999
