The purpose of this FAQ is to provide troubleshooting information for the Oracle Retail Markdown Optimization (MDO) ActiveX grid control.

NOTE: This FAQ is specifically about the versions of MDO that use the ActiveX Grid Control. Version 13.4.4 introduces a new grid which is not ActiveX, and, therefore, this FAQ does not apply.
