The Oracle Utilities Global Business Unit is pleased to announce the general availability of two User Productivity Kit modules for Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing. These User Productivity Kit (UPK) modules provide administrative and end-user training content for the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing application.

The administrative setup module consists of more than 100 topics focused on step by step procedures of defining and configuring administrative data such as:

• Financial data
• Devices
• Field work setup
• Consumption data
• Customer data

• Sales and marketing
• Umbrella agreements
• External messaging
• Workflow and notification data

Oracle Utilities User Productivity Kit for Customer Care and Billing, User Tasks

The user tasks module consists of approximately 80 topics focused on creating, searching and viewing functional areas such as:

• Control central
• Customer information
• Field orders and activities
• Financial data
• Meters and items
• Meter reads
• Sales and marketing
• Umbrella agreements
• Workflow and notifications

Software Download:

1. Navigate to the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud server. http://edelivery.oracle.com

2. Log in and accept the terms and conditions.
3. Select the User Productivity Kit and Tudor product pack.
4. Select either platform.
5. Select the modules you want to download.
