Message closing ASR order; Electronically received ASR with tasks has been closed. Update status to 'Completely Entered'?

The following message displays when closing an ASR order in the GUI. The status of the order is "Electronically Received" and a Provisioning Plan has been assigned. Some of the tasks have been completed and others are still in 'Pending' and 'Ready' status.
Electronically received ASR with tasks has been closed. Update status to 'Completely Entered'?
