When attempting to open worksheets
the following error is seen in a pop-up message box:
"Demantra Spectrum has encountered an internal error.
Please make careful note of the exact situation and sequence of events, and contact support for assistance."
The Application.log, (in this case OAS) shows the following:
at java.util.zip.ZipFile.open(Native Method)
When the Application Server is bounced, then the User is able to open the worksheet without errors.
But after a while when multiple Users get back on the system, eventually the same error is received by an End User trying to open a worksheet, whether the same worksheet or another worksheet does not matter. Again, after the application server is bounced the system is usable and the User can open the worksheet. This is a continuous cycle that requires repetitive bounces of the application server to be productive.
The usual OutOfMemory error solution of increasing the Java Heap Space for the application server does not work in this case. The issue continues.
