Recurring Events Not Displayed In Convergence - Calendar Not Loading

Symptoms
Convergence 2 Calendar Not Loading - This only happens for a non-all-day events (i.e. for example from X am to Y pm)
The issue is the newly added timezone Europe/Bratislava. We followed the Customization Example - Adding and Modifying Calendar 7 Timezones in Convergence 2 and added the translation for options_city_Bratislava to c11n/allDomains/nls/resources.js as well as c11n/allDomains/nls/sk/resources.js, but, the timezone still is not displayed in the list.
Added to <calendar>/config/timezoneids.txt:
Europe/Berlin
Europe/Bratislava
Europe/Gibraltar
Europe/Uzhgorod
All of the added timezones are returned by get_all_timezones.wcap except Europe/Bratislava which is replaced by Europe/Prague.
