Purpose

On  Oracle Enterprise Taxation and Policy Management (ETM) 2.3.0 SP1, Oracle Utilities Framework (FW) 4.1.0 GF1 and GF2
There is a missing java file in the tax jar. Upon running applyCM.sh or generating artifacts in Oracle Utilities Software Development Kit (SDK), an error is generated.
