LoadHier Utility Fails With HierarchyException Error While Trying to Load a Location Hierarchy File Containing a User-Defined Dimension (Doc ID 1438726.1)

When attempting to load the location hierarchy file to a domain, the following error is generated:

loadHier failed on domain: XXXXX
HierarchyException: There are positions that appears in the as positions for dimension udd but no label can be found for them.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a hierarchy file containing a user-defined dimension in the input folder of the domain.
2. Run the command:  loadHier -d . -load loc -maxProcesses 34
3. An error is generated in the loadHier log file.
