Crystal Reports Failed From CCB (Doc ID 1438749.1)

Goal

On : 2.2.0.0 version, RP - Reports, after upgrading to Customer Care and billing (CCB) v2.2.0 SP9, Crystal Reports failed to submit from CCB, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Upgrade CCB v2.2.0 SP6 to SP9, then change Reporting tool password and reporting folder from the Reporting Options of the Admin Menu in CCB, then go to Main Menu > Report Submission then submit any report.
