I would like to use 2 level planning using MPS to feed MRP. I need an additional plan partition
to implement.

There is also a requirement to create a separate plan for a 5 year planning as there are some vendors that need orders as early as 3 years in advance so they, the vendor, can convert their lands for organic farming that needs a minimum time of 3 years for the affect of chemical to be removed etc.

The issue is in production and the absence of these processes is impacting the overall planning processes.

All of this cannot be done without this issue being resolved.

This was working fine in 12.1.1, I have 6 plans that are running in production.
For those 6 plans I had to create plan partitions in 12.1..
Now after the upgrade when they want to add another plan is when they are encountering this issue.

After I upgraded from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 I have started getting an error when trying to create APS plan partition. I am specifying plan partition = 1, instance partition = 0 in parameters of create APS partion program.

The MSCCRPAR module: Create APS Partitions program gets the following error:

ORACLE error 2149 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-02149: Specified partition does not exist
ORA-06512: at "SYSTEM.AD_DDL", line 165
ORA-00959: tablespace '_$deleted$382$0' does not exist

From the provided trace file: "APSDEV_ora_7696_CR3605735.trc", we see
the following error:
