Order Data Display In OSM Left Side Pane Shows Null, This is an Order Refresh Issue (Doc ID 1439585.1)

In the OSM Web GUI, the Order data on the left hand side pane is sometimes missing. This issue occurs randomly in a clustered environment. In a log file, the  following error appears:
