Objectel Assertion Failed Message After Startup

The customer is facing a server crash after submitting more than 1000 orders.
During the orders processing, when Objectel comes up to 100 orders the server is crashing.

The orders are submitted through JMS queue.

The following message appears after server crash.

Assertion failed: px != 0, file /global/o/sr1_objectel/ILIB/boost/shared_ptr.hpp, line 238

Note, Objectel 2.10.2 is capable of processing this amount of orders. This issue is only observed on top of Objectel
