WAM Weblogic and Oracle Fusion Middleware Licenses (Doc ID 1440018.1)

Goal


We want to install WAM 1.9.0.3 applications on the Windows 2008 server using Oracle Weblogic (10.3.4.0).  Do we need any specific license for the Weblogic server (for example, weblogic server enterprise edition, etc ) to run the enterprise wide application?  Do we need to have Fusion Middleware Forms/reports etc licenses?  We are currently using Oracle Application server (OAS) for WAM 1.9.0.3/1.9.0.4, how can we transfer the license from OAS to Weblogic as well as Fusion Middleware forms and reports? For WAM1.9.0.3 or above version, do we need to have Weblogic suite or just Weblogic server ?
