Information in this document applies to any platform.
A little while after starting a process like generating a Requisition or deleting a Project, an Internal Server Error or other error is thrown in the application interface.
This typically occurs thirty seconds or more, after starting the process. A transaction timeout error is also captured in the server log.
To confirm the application server transaction timeout has been reached, check the Contract Management server log file for any of the following error messages.
- javax.transaction.TransactionRolledbackException: Transaction marked for rollback,
possibly a timeout; nested exception is: java.lang.RuntimeException: Transaction marked for rollback, possibly a timeout
- WARN [org.jboss.tm.TransactionImpl] Transaction TransactionImpl:XidImpl...BranchQual=] timed out.
- ...weblogic.transaction.internal.TimedOutException: Transaction timed out...
- ;nested exception is: weblogic.transaction.internal.TimedOutException: Transaction timed out...
