Attachment files for OSM orders can take lots of disk space in OSM WebLogic host machine, there is need to remove them when attachment files are no longer needed.
After the attachments are purged, if a user wishes to access an important attachement on a closed order, what would be the best way to help the user with this attachment?
Is it possible to convert these ".srv" format files to its original format?
