Goal

A business requirement is to migrate historical bills and items from the legacy billing system as described below:

1. Use Conversion Manager (CMT) to create in Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) the account and all structures that are supported natively by CMT (eg.: billinfo, payment methods, current bill, etc.)
2. Creation of CTL files for bill_t and item_t structures
3. Historical Bills Migration using CMT, reading the new CTL file described above
4. Historical Bill Item Migration, relating these items to their bills and using CMT reading the new CTL file described above

Can above approach be used and will it impact any BRM functionality that is run during or after migration?
