Symptoms
It takes between 10 to 15 seconds to process a single XItems message when an item is sent from an external system.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) A message is published to Retail Integration BUS (RIB) from an external source for the xItem Interface.
The trace files show that a package DBMS_PICKLER is being called a vast number of times, and may be the cause of the performance.
