Unable To Block User In Instant Messaging (Doc ID 1443853.1)

Goal

On Apple's iChat clients, the "Block user..." is grayed out. Users are unable to block other users with Oracle's Instant Messaging. 

However, we discovered ourselves blocking on Jabber in iChat is not supported.  Typically, the way people block others on Jabber is to not authorize them and have the server not allow messages to be sent to unauthorized buddies.

Can you tell us how we could make it so unauthorized buddies are not able to send messages to another user in Instant Messaging Server ?
