We are seeing the following error in our Messaging Server IMAP logs:
ASock error: Resource temporarily unavailable (11)
We know this can come from temporary error trying to get results back from LDAP. However, after doing some research against this error from our side, we found a resource mentioning the following (unpublished) bug :
12821725 - LDAP TIMING OUT AFTER 20 OR 30 SECONDS DESPITE CONFIGURATION
We have attempted to increase our LDAP timeouts slightly and the messaging server does not appear to be honoring the change. We are currently seeing over 3000 of these errors per hour when we are under load. Is this issue fixed in an official patch?
