General Email AG Service Not Running (Doc ID 1444124.1)

Symptoms

General Email AG service is not completing.

We noticed that even stopping and restarting the Argus Safety Service does not help and a duplicate error message is displayed in the log file:

 

"22-Mar-2012, 15:41:39 >> General Email > "D:\Program Files\Oracle\Argus\Argus Safety\AGProc.exe General Email General Email" ABORT, DUPLICATE."



log file 12 march shows that general email process completed at 12:49:27. and then started at 12:49:28 but never completed.


Services were restarted on March 18 however we did not noticed this issue.

Log file 18 March shows duplicate error at 12:13
Log file 22 March shows duplicate error at 15:41 at the time of the services restart.
