Last updated on APRIL 28, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle AutoVue VueLink Integration - Version 19.3.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Purpose

This document outlines the requirements in order to configure Oracle's VueLink integration products (including 3rd-party integrations built using the AutoVue ISDK) to support single sign-on (SSO) in a load-balanced or clustered application server environment.

Scope

This document is intended for AutoVue Client/Server Deployment administrators and system integrators - those who would be deploying AutoVue Client/Server Deployment integrated to a back-end system (e.g. DMS/PLM/ECM/ERP).

The document focuses on environments where the app server is clustered/load-balanced, although the information in the document is useful for all customers that have an integrated AutoVue environment.
