Running into the below pop-up message window when saving changes during case close.
 This is happening to all cases in the database.
FRM-40735 WHEN-WINDOW-CLOSED trigger raised unhandled exception
ORA-1722: Invalid number
ORA--6512 at 'validation_aers_dictionary_api, line 3910
