E2b Reports Are Not Getting Scheduled When Scheduling Using Batch Option In Case Actions|Open Screen (Doc ID 1444864.1)

Symptoms

E2B Reports are not getting scheduled when scheduling using Batch option in case actions|Open Screen

Steps to Repeat:
1. Go to Case Actions|Open screen
2. Select one locked E2B ready case
3. Click on Batch button
4. Select the agency, report form as E2B
5. Enter the run at date as the current date
6. Click on OK
7. The system displays saying that the report is scheduled
8. Wait 5 minutes open the case and observe that report is not scheduled
