Commadmin Command Returns "Admin Account Password Has Expired" (Doc ID 1445922.1)

Symptoms

• Delegated Administrator commadmin command returns password expired errors. 
• Convergence login is successful but the mail tab access fails with password error.  

LDAP bind attempts, as admin account, returns err=49 -- password expired.

Changes

Password expiration policy configured in the Directory Server has reached the maxPwdage value.

In one particular example, that value was 15552000 or 180 days.  All of the admin accounts were setup six months earlier, when the system had been installed.
