Symptoms

Oracle Retail Central Office (ORCO) 13.4 installation is failing with the following error when installed on managed WebLogic instance:



Steps to Reproduce:


1. Create a WebLogic domain in Production Mode with Both Admin and Managed servers.
2. Start both Admin and Managed server.
3. Run Central Office 13.4 installation.   The above error occurs.
