On : 12.1.3 version, Oracle Global ATP Server

when there is hard reservation created for sales order line and after shipping the reservation is not released and causing incorrect results for ATP.

Our current process is defined so that we are running the Net Change data collection for onhand, reservations and sales orders wvery 30 minutes and complete data collection once a day
We cannot run the complete or targeted collections during the day time.

tried to run the refresh collection snapshot for MTL_DEMAND_SN and after that launched the net change data colelction for onhand, reservations and sales orders. This did not fix the issue, closed SO line is still visible on ATP demand information.

I also checked that this SO line is in MRP_AP2_SALES_ORDERS_V, not on MRP_AP1_SALES_ORDERS_V

noticed that this is happening for every shipped line, so this is not just a random issue and this is causing us huge errors on the ATP as we cannot run the complete or targeted collection during the day.

customer able to reproduce the issue on our test environment, please see the uploaded documents from the test case:
- WGOM Reservation with net change testing 20110916.docx: Includes test steps and screenrptins about the testing
- WGOM Reservation with net change testing 20110916.xlsx: Includes MSC_SALES_ORDER table contents during the different test phases.

1. Create SO and hard reservation
2. Net Change Data Collection (onhand, reservations, SO)
3. Pick the line and Ship
4. Net Change Data Collection (onhand, reservations, SO)
5. Check the ATP
