RIB-RMS Instance Getting Overloaded in WebLogic Server (Doc ID 1446975.1)

Symptoms

Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) connection pool which is used by the Retail Integration Bus (RIB) subscribers is getting overloaded on Weblogic Server (WLS) console.

When checked the pool monitoring, No leaked connections were seen and the max. pool capacity = number of active connections.

The following error is observed on WebLogic Server console, when the JDBC subsystem is overloaded :
