LOADEXDATES Fails when Header Table's Optional Identity Reference Column is Null (Doc ID 1446987.1)

Symptoms

Rules Language function LOADEXDATES fails when header table's optional identity reference column is null.

All the columns in this table are part of the identity, but not all are required. When a record has one of these non-required fields as null and the LOADEXDATES function is used, it fails with the error message:

The metadata identity field count does not match the actual input identity field count. 'B,,FV-001,,,,'

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Connect to Data Manager.
  2. Open Analysis > Trial Calculations
  3. Click Options > Error Handling tab, and check the “Stop with Error” checkbox. Click Apply.
  4. Load a rate schedule that passes a valid record with an empty or null non-required field to INTDLOADEXDATES function.
  5. Click Single Step.
  6. Press F5
