Symptoms

When attempting to start the P6 deployment under WebLogic, the following error occurs.

ERROR

The end user will see "Error 404--Not Found" error when attempting to open the login page

The log file of the P6 managed server will show:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into the admin server console.
2. Click lock and edit
3. Click Deployments
4. Select P6
5. Select "Control" tab
6. Select P6 and choose "Start"
