Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)

In Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT), you create a "Constant" Allocation Type and run it successfully to output a record to Ledger Stat.  However, when you go to the Allocation History screen, the Constant Allocation has Record Count = 0 even though you can find records created in the LEDGER_STAT table.  This is confusing to users because the Record Count = 0 makes it look like the Allocation failed.

Note: The row in FSI_DATA_IDENTITY related to the Allocation has NUMBER_OF_ENTRIES = 0.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Go to Profitability Management
  2. Go to Rule Specification > Allocation Specification
  3. Create a new Allocation selecting Allocation Type = Constant
  4. In the Source, enter a constant value.
  5. In Output, for Debit, enter dimension values and save.
  6. Run the Allocation
  7. Go to Allocation History and search for the Allocation
The Record Count = 0 even though a record is created.
