In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), how can you populate the "Display Code" (DISPLAY_CD) column for a Simple Dimension?  The Dimension Management interface does not have a field for entering this value for a Simple Dimension.

For example, how do you populate the BANK_DISPLAY_CD column in the "Bank" simple dimension table FSI_BANK_CD?  Or how do you populate the ACCOUNT_OFFICER_DISPLAY_CD column in the "Account Officer" simple dimension table FSI_ACCOUNT_OFFICER_CD?

Note: Users often need to populate these Display Code columns for a T2T process where data is moved from a STG_<table name> table into a FSI_D_<table name> table.  The seeded T2T process joins the dimension column on the STG table to the DISPLAY_CD column on the simple dimension table.  If the DISPLAY_CD column is not populated, the T2T process will fail.

For example, the V_BANK_CD column in STG_LOAN_CONTRACTS joins to the BANK_DISPLAY_CD column in FSI_BANK_CD to populate the BANK_CD column in FSI_D_LOAN_CONTRACTS.
