Why the Service Items created in Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) as Non-Merchandising Items are not flowing to Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) form Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA)? Why Non-Merchandising Items are not accounted under TRAN_CODE 3?
