Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.4.0.0.0 version, after changing the connection from JDBC to JNDI, the timezone is not working as expected.
Here the user have installed the BRM <Patch 13629833> and BIP <Patch 13735895> for the time zone issue. It works for the JDBC connection, but after changing the connection from JDBC to JNDI, the timezone doesn't work. It is one hour off.
