Symptoms


When attempting to create Mass Changes CDS (Candidate Data Set), the following error is returned:

357800: Problem creating CDs ORA-00923: From keyword not found where expected.

This is happening for all types of Mass Changes:
 - RDCI Key Changes
 - RDCM Key Changes
 - Response Changes
