Pipeline Warning "BillInfo update failed for account Id : <ACCOUNT OBJ>" (Doc ID 1447735.1)

Purpose

In a scenario involving account creation and followed by billing below warning messages are observed in the pipelines process log, at the time of billing :

25.01.2012 11:48:01 brm ifw IFW WARNING [T:24] 40016
- (ifw.DataPool.CustomerData.Module) BillInfo update failed for account Id :310663250
25.01.2012 11:48:54 brm ifw IFW WARNING [T:24] 40016
- (ifw.DataPool.CustomerData.Module) BillInfo update failed for account Id : 310411838
25.01.2012 11:48:54 brm ifw IFW WARNING [T:24] 40016
- (ifw.DataPool.CustomerData.Module) BillInfo update failed for account Id : 310687559
25.01.2012 11:48:54 brm ifw IFW WARNING [T:24] 40016
- (ifw.DataPool.CustomerData.Module) BillInfo update failed for account Id : 310687269

Scenario:

1. Create account
2. Dump account data and verify billinfo is not there
3. Run billing
