Too Many Users Are Displaying In The Inbox Filters Drop Down Selection Box In Information Manager (Doc ID 1448143.1)

Symptoms

Too many users are available and display in the user filter selection drop down box from within the "inbox" tab in Information Manager Console. This additional information available in the inbox will increase JVM heap usage and could cause the IM application to hang because of frequent JVM Full GC activity.
