No Records Found when Searching Usage Analysis with Meter ID as Input

When clicking the check-box next to an interval meter, the following error is displayed instead of the graph, even though data does exist.
'no data to report'
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Go to Usage Analysis - search
From the list of meters displayed, check the box next to the first interval meter. You will see this message.
