RIB item messages are not moving to Warehouse Management System (WMS) because the e*Way ewitemtoitemtlfromRIB is shutting down and not starting in e*Gate
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process Item messages.
2. Notice that the ewitemtoitemtlfromRIB shuts down and e*Gate does not start.
