Symptoms

The customer was having an issue with their IPSA system when the following alarm was seen raised against some devices "Internal Failure, could not find any failed associations to be isolated", after changing some capabilities and options for some new Cisco 7609 devices. This issue occured when changes were made to the system after resolving the issue in another service request.
