Performance Degrades For 10-15 Concurrent Allocation Requests Using the Same Criteria

The performance for concurrent allocations has improved with the PS v6.1.3 Patch 3 [Bug: 12733758 PERFORMANCE DEGRADES WHEN DURING MULTIPLE ALLOCATION REQUEST]
However for the following scenarios we have observed that the response time for some of the requests can go up to 15 secs:
1. When 15 AllocateSubnet requests for the same pool & CIDR are executed in parallel, the response time for some of the requests can go up to 12-15 sec.
2. When 10 AllocateIPAddress requests for the same filter criteria are executed in parallel with the target /24 subnet having 80% utilization or more, the response time for some the requests degrades up to 15 secs. and occasionally timing out (response time >15 sec.)
It will be beneficial, if further improvement in the performance of the above scenarios can provided.
