Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users experincing issues with the trouble ticket queue and corresponding views. As the users are trying to alter views, by adding in additional fields which were part of trouble user data then it causes the view to have duplicate fields (for any fields after you inserted it). if it is a 'standard' non trouble user data field it works normally as expected.
