Trouble Ticket Views Are Getting Duplicated Columns (Doc ID 1448914.1)

Users experincing issues with the trouble ticket queue and corresponding views. As the users are trying to alter views, by adding in additional fields   which were part of trouble user data then it causes the view to have duplicate fields (for any fields after you inserted it). if it is a 'standard' non trouble user data field it works normally as expected. 

Here are the steps followed by the user: 

1. Start with any standard ticket view that appears to be normal

2. Goto View --> Field Chooser

3. Drag the corresponding field onto the view as you normally would.After this is done  we see duplicate columns
